Bianca is a classically-trained soprano/mezzo-soprano. She began her musical studies at the age of 4 when she began learning to play classical piano. She received a Bachelors of Music in vocal performance from California State University, Fullerton and is currently pursuing a Masters in vocal performance at CSU Fullerton.
While she mainly sings classical music (from art songs to opera), she is also experienced in many other styles of music (including jazz, musical theatre, and folk). Her professional choral experience includes several national Holiday tours with the Boston Pops and local performances with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, LA Phil, and OC's Pacific Symphony. She has sung for several new music performances, including We Are All Sibyls by Pamela Madsen, as well as early music performances, including the role of Drusilla in The Coronation of Poppea by Monteverdi and with the CSUF Musicum Collegium ensemble. Other opera roles include Cherubino in The Marriage of Figaro by Mozart.
Southern California native, David Isaacs, has been playing guitar since age 13 and has studied Classical Guitar for 11 years. David has performed throughout Southern California as a soloist, in a guitar duet, in a guitar and voice duet, and as part of the California State University, Fullerton Guitar Orchestra. David earned his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Classical Guitar Performance at Cal State Fullerton under the tutelage of David Grimes. Other guidance has come from Scott Morris, Jack Sanders, Nicole Baker, Richard Turner, and Gunnar Eisel; and David has performed for Master classes by Antigone Goni, David Leisner, Ana Vidovic, Margarita Escarpa, Lorenzo Micheli, Stepan Rak, Pavel Steidl, Eric Franceries, Denis Azabagic, Quaternaglia, Nestor Benito, Matt Gould, Gabriel Guillen, Petar Jankovic, The Assad Duo, and The Falla Trio (Terry Graves, Kenton Youngstrom and Dusan Bogdanovic). David and his wife, Chelsea Camille, formed the duet, Chanson du Soir, and were featured artists on concert series in libraries and churches in cities from San Diego to Seattle in May-June 2006.
Helen Bilezikjian started studying voice for a career in Opera since the age of 8 years old. Her many teachers include Mel Tully of Redondo Beach, Seth Riggs and James Lowe of Los Angeles, and Curtis Stearns, Mozart Coach. Helen was awarded a scholarship to Los Angeles City Music at 15 years of age and received her B.A. Liberal Arts Degree from Bethany University majoring in Voice. She is the founder, general manager, performer for non profit organization Opera By The Sea. Helen has also performed with the Downey Civic Light Opera, Long Beach Civic Light Opera, South Bay Civic Light Opera, Del Rey Civic Light Opera, Pacific Opera Theater, Starlight Opera Theater, San Diego Opera, Lindy Opera Company & Kansas City Opera.
Originally from Santa Clara, CA, Kevin started drumming at the age of 10. At age 15, Kevin marched as a snare drummer with the world-renowned Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corp, performing in the organization's world champion drum line on 4 national tours. He was soon teaching the drum lines in the percussion department at 4 local high schools in Northern California. In 2001 Kevin spent 2 months in Taiwan, instructing drum clinics at the high school and college levels, as well as teaching the drum line of Taiwan's champion Drum Corp, Taipei Yuehfu. Kevin Jackson's work as a professional drummer includes live and studio sessions for major label recording artists and producers, as well as years of international touring experience (Ozzfest 2000 and Warped Tour 2003) as a performer and clinician. Kevin currently is still performing live and in studio sessions, while developing his own music group, Rurik.
Laila has been playing the piano since she was eight years old. In 1996 she received a music scholarship to Rollins College where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. While at Rollins she had the privilege of playing with many talented musicians and engage in ensemble performances, such as jazz, choir, and percussion. She was also able to enter competitions which really pushed her to practice and refine her playing and performing techniques. Currently Laila is working on her masters degree in music composition and education at California State University Fullerton. She has now been teaching music for about ten years.
Linda Richter is a Dramtic Coloratura Sopran with an infinite passion for Jazz music. A native of Kalamazoo, MI, she received her Bachelor of Music degree from Western Michigan University in voice with piano and jazz minors. She completed her M.M. in voice with Honors from UW-Madison and actively performed in opera, oratorio and recitals in cities throughout the Midwest. After moving to New York City in 1996 she performed with Dicapo Opera Young Artists, Verismo Opera Company and in "Suor Angelica" and "I Pagliacchi" with the Henry Street Settlement Opera. A Church Music Director in New Rochelle, she has performed with the Bach Vestpers professional choir. As Secretary on the Board of International Women in Jazz (IWJ) she has produced and performed in jazz concerts at St. Peter's Church including her original revue sponsored by an MCAF Grant.
Soheila E. Nariman (Soheila Shoaii) was born in 1958.¬İShe started her music studies tutored by her father Master Mansur Nariman, one of the best Oud players and teachers. She studied music as her major at the conservatory of music and the university of Tehran where she majored Santoor. She studied traditional music with some of the masters including her father mansour Nariman Dr. Darush Safvat, Dr. Masoudieh, Dr. Shahin Farhat, and Mr. Mehdi Meftah.
She made a career for herself at age of 17 in Tehran radio and Television Orchestra as a khanoon player and teaching while she was student at university of Tehran.
Soheila Nariman (Shoaii) has been teaching at the International Music School for the last 15 years.
Logman Adhami was born in 1949. He began playing violin at the age of 7 and starting composing at the age of 15. He received his B. A. in music from School of Arts in Tehran, Iran and his M. S. from Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, Ohio. Composed and arranged many hit songs and published violin solo album and violin and piano albums.
